Absolutely! If you’re local to the Sydney area and prefer to pick up your order, please select the ‘PICK UP’ option at checkout.

Our standard turn around time is 2-3 business days. If you need something quicker, please let us know by sending an email to info@thebestkind.com.au. Once we’ve added the TBK touch and your order is ready, we will be in touch via email or text message to notify you. 

Please note that our pick up location is currently at our warehouse located in Currans Hill NSW.

To make it easier for you, we include a complimentary greeting card of your choice and place your leather accessory into a beautiful protective bag. Simply select your free greeting card from the drop down provided on the product and you can also include a personalised message free of charge.

If you want to further up-level the gifting experience, you can also opt to add a gift box which is an additional charge of $5.00 and can be selected at check out. If you are picking up your order at our store in Narellan Town Centre, you will recieve a complimentary gift box for your order.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping over $50 Australia wide and a flat rate of $8.95 on all other orders. Express shipping is $11.95 Australia wide. You can also add a gift box to any order, at checkout for only $5. We will ensure that it is placed into a protective shipping box to ensure it does not get damaged in transit.

Our preferred postage supplier is Australia Post and will provide you with an Australian Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Our team ensures extensive care is taken when monogramming, packing and dispatching your order and ensure that every item is individually checked thoroughly before being sent out. 

Please note, normal product wear and tear does not fall under the definition of “faulty” and in these instances no refund will be provided.

We are unable to offer a ‘change of mind’ exchange or refund on personalised orders. As items are individually embossed by hand, we ask that you carefully review your order to ensure it is correct before making payment.

We will only offer a refund if a product is faulty. However, we will assess each case individually with our customer care team and will ensure that we find a solution where possible. If you think your product may be faulty, please email us with photos and a description of your concern to info@thebestkind.com.au.

Each individual leather item is personalised by hand using a variety of techniques and tools.

Please note that when personalising items, there may be slight imperfections as all personalisation is done by hand, is very manual and uses a range of devices. No two monogramming will be exactly the same as the positioning is also manually completed.

We put in a lot of time and effort in making your items perfect and will not ship any items that we deem unsatisfactory. However, in the very rare occasion that you receive a product that does not meet the quality standards as described, please email info@thebestkind.com.au and we will work through a solution with you.

Yes! We offer personalisation free of charge on all of our leather accessories of up to 3 characters. However, if you require more than 3 characters, please email us at info@thebestkind.com.au and we will do our best to accomodate, as it is possible with some accessories!

Please take the time to check your personalisation details before making a purchase, as we are unable to offer ‘change of mind’ exchange or return on personalised products due to spelling errors. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for more information.

Please note: we do not monogram any other items other than what we stock. Monogramming is a precise job that requires heat and temperature, pressure and positioning variances due to the very manual labour of the machine. We cannot guarantee the outcome of monogramming on an item we have not physically practiced on. 

You can personalise your items in a beautifully embossed Gold, Silver, Rose Pink or select a Blind emboss for a just-as-fancy, but more subtle, impact. 

What is blind emboss?
Blind emboss means the leather will be indented with the chosen lettering without any coloured foiling applied.

Our leather is extremely durable however there are a few simple things you can do (or avoid) to ensure the longevity of your personalised piece:

• Do not leave your leather item in direct sunlight or in internal spaces (eg the car, wardrobe) for extended periods of time
• Do not allow chemical cleaner or chemical products (including beauty, such as acetone and cleaning products) to come into contact with the leather and especially with the monogram
• We have dirt, grime and oil that builds up on our hands so please avoid rubbing on the monogram on purpose repeatedly
• This is especially applicable for monogrammed phone cases. As we tend to use our mobile phone extensively within a day, continously touching, picking up and putting down, placing on rough surfaces and having contact with hand sanitizer (which is an alcohol base) can all contribute to the quick fading of colour monogramming. We highly recommend blind emboss on our leather phone cases
• Refer to the below cleaning instructions to ensure your leather is looking as good as new all the time!

How do I clean my leather item?

Saffiano leather is very easy to clean, as long as you do it correctly.

You can use leather cleaner but be sure to avoid using it over the monogram. Alternatively, a damp cloth will do but make sure you completely dry the item as excess residue is not good for the leather.

Our clear makeup bags should also be cleaned regularly to ensure they do not become extremely foggy and discoloured, as it is a plastic material. Simple use a cleaning spray such as windex and a clean microfibre cloth to refresh the plastic windows, as often as desired.

What do I do if the monogramming begins to fade?

Naturally, over time your monogramming may fade depending on which product you have, how frequently it is used and how you treat your accessory. We welcome you to bring your accessory in-store at Narellan Town Centre and we will re-monogram this for you - free of charge. This must be within 6 months of purchasing the item. 

Saffiano leather is a textured leather, it has a cross hatch finish which is achieved by treating the leather with a specialised stamping machine. It is then finished with a wax treatment. This process makes the leather scratch resistant, durable and very easy to clean.
